FREE WOMEN’S HEALTH GROUP! 🥰

We’re excited to share that Sonder have provided funding for our Women’s Health Group, meaning you can attend a 10-week block… completely free!

Led by Claudia, our Exercise Physiologist with experience in women’s health, the group is a welcoming space for women of all ages and stages to move, build strength and feel supported.

Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause or menopause, or managing things like endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic floor concerns, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain or painful periods- you’re welcome.

👶 Babies are welcome too!

If you already attend the group regularly, you’ll have priority for the funded places.

Limited spaces are available, and an initial assessment is required before joining!

Thank you so much to the Golden Harvest Quilters for kindly donating these beautiful handmade quilts to our Kindy auction! 💛

The amount of time, care and materials that have gone into making these quilts is truly amazing. They are absolutely beautiful and such a generous donation.

I’ve been told that the larger quilt would sell for over $400, with the smaller quilt valued at around $250.

If you’d like the chance to place a bid and potentially win one of these beautiful quilts, make sure you hit “Going” on the event so you don’t miss any notifications when the auction goes live! 🥰🧵💛
