We’re already at the end of Week 2!!! 😮

A huge welcome back to all of our members — it has been such a fun and busy start to the term already! 😊

From cooking and crafts to outings, games, and catching up with friends, it’s been great seeing everyone back together and getting involved.

🌟 Learning Through Leisure Week – Out & About Adventure! 🌟

Back in December, everyone had a fantastic day exploring some of our amazing local sights! We visited the Port Vincent, Stansbury, and Edithburgh Water Towers, enjoying the incredible artwork right here in our community 🎨✨

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers for being our personal tour guides and sharing their knowledge along the way!! We wrapped up the day with a delicious BBQ lunch at Trees, great company, and lots of smiles 🌳

Days like these are what Learning Through Leisure is all about! getting out, connecting with our community, and making wonderful memories together

We’re looking forward to a great day out as part of our Holiday Fun Program!

🍽️ Lunch at the Warooka Pub
We’ll start the day with a relaxed lunch outing at the Warooka Pub. Please remember to bring money for lunch.

🎬 School Holidays Movie Afternoon
In the afternoon, we’ll head to the Warooka Town Hall to join the School Holidays Movie Afternoon, hosted by the Warooka Progress Association.

🕙 Time: 10:00am–4:00pm

Peter is thrilled that Grandpa is coming to live with his family--until Grandpa moves into Peter's room, forcing him upstairs into the creepy attic. And though he loves his grandpa he wants his room back, so he has no choice but to declare war. With the help of his friends, Peter devises outrageous plans to make Grandpa surrender the room. But Grandpa is tougher than he looks. Rather than give in, Grandpa plans to get even.
