🏐✨ 2027 SENIOR STATE AGE – PLAYER EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ✨🏐

Do you think you or know someone you know has what it takes to represent Charters Towers at the 2027 Senior State Age competition in Toowoomba? ❤️

We are calling for Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated players aged 15 – 18 years who want the opportunity to compete at State Age level and represent our town.

Trials will be held in late August to determine the travelling team and training partners.

We’re looking for players who bring:

📣 CALLING ALL SCORERS & TIMEKEEPERS! 🏐

Charters Towers Netball Association is looking for some wonderful volunteers to help with scoring and timekeeping THIS WEEK! 💛🖤❤️

Times needed:

⏰ 5:00pm
⏰ 6:00pm
⏰ 7:00pm
🏆 Presentations from approximately 8:30pm

Whether you can help for one game or stay for a few, every bit of assistance would be greatly appreciated and helps our finals run smoothly.

If you’re available to score or timekeep, please comment below or send the CTNA page a message so we can get our roster filled.

To our Net Set and Little Nettys players, parents, families and schools — come along and help us celebrate the youngest players of the Charters Towers Netball Association! 🏐💛

They’ve worked so hard throughout 2026, learning new skills, building confidence and improving each week. Now it’s time to give them a little recognition for all their hard work! 👏

As we head into the business end of the season, please take note of our upcoming finals dates:

Semi Final 1
Wednesday 26th August

Semi Final 2
Friday 28th August

Grand Final
Wednesday 2nd September

⚠️ Please note: Semi Final 2 will be played on a Friday, so we encourage families and schools to plan ahead and make any necessary arrangements to be able to attend.

🏐 Moddies & NetSetGO Final Games! 🏐

Next Wednesday, 26th August, marks the final week for our Moddies and NetSetGO players for the season! 🌟

Our Moddies will finish off with a fun round robin, while our NetSetGO players will enjoy their final NetSetGO activity of the season.

Following this, we’ll come together for a presentation for both groups to celebrate our youngest netballers and a fantastic season! 🥳🏅

We can’t wait to see everyone there for one last afternoon of netball!

The Charters Towers Netball Association is excited to invite Expressions of Interest for Coaches, Managers & Officials to be part of our 2027 Senior State Age team travelling to Toowoomba from 3–6 April 2027.

We’re looking for passionate, committed people who are ready to support our athletes, represent Charters Towers and be part of something bigger. ❤️💛

👏 Officials

Coaches must hold, or be willing to obtain, a minimum Foundation or Development Coaching Accreditation.

If you’re passionate about netball and would love the opportunity to be part of the our journey, we want to hear from you!
