Came across this on Gladstone Netball Association’s page and thought it was too important not to share with our CTNA members.

A reminder that many of our umpires are young players themselves.
They are learning, developing, building confidence, and giving back to the game they love.

They won’t always get every decision right, and that’s okay.
What they do deserve is respect, support, and encouragement from players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Please remember — they can hear the comments from the side line.

Let’s be an association that supports our young umpires and helps them grow. 🤎🤍💛
