We’re heartbroken to be saying goodbye to Eden Play. What started as a space for little ones became a community we’ll never forget. Thank you to every family who walked through our doors and made Eden Play what it was. We hope it meant as much to you as it did to us.

We’ll miss it more than words can say.

Hi Eden Play Friends and Family,

It is with a very heavy heart that Eden Play will be permanently closing its doors, with our final day of trading being Thursday, 24 September.

This has all happened very unexpectedly, and we have only been made aware of the closure in the last couple of days. As you can imagine, it has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our whole team, especially after the past two years of building such a beautiful community here at Eden Play.

I want to personally thank every single one of you for your support, kindness and friendship over the last two years. Many of you have become so much more than customers — we have watched your little ones grow, celebrated birthdays together, shared coffees, playdates and countless conversations. You have truly been such a special part of Eden Play, and we are incredibly grateful. ❤️

💰 Refunds

For anyone who has a casual passes, multi passes, membership, other credit with Eden Play, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Our team is currently working through all outstanding party bookings, memberships to refund payments. If you believe you are owed a refund, please send us an email to [email protected] with your name and booking details, and we will make sure you get refunded.

We are so sorry that this has happened with such little notice, and we completely understand the disappointment and frustration this may cause.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making Eden Play what it has been. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your children's early years, and we will treasure the memories we have made with all of you.

Thank you for the last two years. We couldn't have done it without you. ❤️
