The MCC aims to:
- provide information & resources
- network with exisitng organisations to avoid duplication of services
- be a place where someone is available to listen
- set up & co-ordinate new community services
- encourage government & other services to visit this area
- distribute emergency relief
- produce & distribute Community Newsletter
- assist with the setting up of self help & particular interest groups
- provide a meeting place for organisations & groups
- provide assistance to people to complete forms etc
- be a place where people can come when no one else can help
