Connected Beginnings Mildura The Connected Beginnings project integrates early childhood, maternal and child health, and family support services with schools, in Mildura.

The aim is to support Aboriginal and o/or Torres Strait Islander children and families to achieve learning and development outcomes necessary for a positive transition to school; and to work with service providers, community and families through a Placed Based / Collective Impact Approach. Over time, this will contribute to reducing the disparity in school readiness and educational outcomes between Indigenous and non-indigenous children.
