This week at Creative Connections, our Zoe Mums enjoyed a resin board making session, followed by a relaxing walk along the river and lunch together as part of our weekly Zoe Connections Wellbeing program.

These opportunities to create, connect and share meaningful conversations are such an important part of supporting wellbeing and strengthening our community. 💜

As always, a huge thank you to Sue and Hannah for going above and beyond to plan and facilitate these creative workshops for our Zoe Mums. Your dedication, care and commitment to creating these special experiences are truly appreciated. 🌟

🌿 Zoe Mums, keep an eye on next week's messages! We are excited to welcome Elisha from Miiki Puuri Mandi Aboriginal Art, who will be joining us to create beautiful diffuser bracelets designed to support sleep, relaxation and reduce anxiety.

It's been a wonderful last week of Term 3! 🌟

In Cooking, we've been developing new skills decorating cupcakes, with everyone getting the chance to show off their creativity. 🧁

Today, we were lucky to spend the morning with Elisha from Puuri Kiira Creative at a Healing Stones Workshop. It was a relaxing and enjoyable session filled with creativity, learning, and fun. 💎✨

A big thank you to Elisha and Hannah for sharing their skills and knowledge and helping us finish the term on such a positive note! 💜

☀️🧸 What a beautiful morning for our Teddy Bear Morning Tea at playgroup! We enjoyed the sunshine, spent time singing songs, and had lots of fun decorating teddy bear biscuits. 🍪🐻

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a lovely morning of play, friendship, and fun.

🏉 Don't forget, next week will be our last playgroup session for the term, and we'll be meeting in Simone's backyard. Make sure to wear your favourite footy colours and come ready for a fun-filled morning!

Today is R U OK? Day, and at Zoe we spent the morning connecting, creating, and supporting one another.

Zoe mums enjoyed making beautiful resin serving boards, and a special thank you to Hannah for sharing her amazing skills and guiding us through the process!

As part of our Wellbeing Zoe Connections, we also took a walk to Subway for a shared lunch and some great conversations. It was a wonderful opportunity to chat about all things Zoe, share ideas with case managers about updates to our Code of Conduct, and discuss programs we'd love to see introduced for the remainder of the year.

Social connection plays an important role in supporting positive mental health, making today's activities a meaningful way to recognise R U OK? Day.

We hope all of our Zoe mums had an enjoyable day and found time to connect with someone who matters to them. 💛
