Crosslinks is a WA-based, not-for-profit, NDIS registered disability services provider that assists people with disability in Perth's eastern suburbs and surrounds. We have been providing disability support services for 25+ years and our amazing team of more than 220 staff are dedicated to bringing out the best in our participants. Our services include: Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation; Community Participation; NDIS Support Coordination; Adult & Youth Social Clubs; and Community Activities. Growing Great Leaders at Crosslinks 🌱

Great leadership starts with understanding people, and that's exactly what our Area Managers and new team members have been exploring through our professionally tailored leadership development sessions.

Led by Luisa Hogan, these sessions have been packed with real-life scenarios, thought-provoking questions and practical tools to help our team better understand, connect with and support the people they work with.

With one session to go, it's all about building confidence, encouraging open conversations and becoming the kind of leaders who really listen and bring out the best in others.

Because when we invest in our people, we build stronger teams and better experiences for everyone in the Crosslinks community.

Look out, Melbourne... Joshua, Stevie and Elliot are packing their bags to head east this weekend to represent Western Australia's ten-pin bowling team at the National Special Olympics! 🏅✈️

And the excitement has already begun!

Joshua and Stevie recently joined the Law Enforcement Torch Run -Western Australia , celebrating as the Flame of Hope began its journey towards Melbourne 🔥

With Final Leg Torch Runs through Forrest Place and along the stunning coastline from Scarborough to Trigg, it was the perfect way to get the pre-Game excitement building ✨

We're incredibly proud of Joshua, Stevie and Elliot, and can't wait to cheer them on from back home!

A few lovely adventures for Ellen, Mandy and Drew 💛

The trio enjoyed a visit to the Swan Valley Markets, with Ellen and Mandy loving the animal farm - especially getting to hold the speckled chickens! 🐔

Closer to home, a neighbourhood walk led to a local kids’ cake stand, where they picked up some delicious brownies as treat 🍫🚗

Our Social Clubs took on the Royal Show!🎠

It's an annual tradition for Crosslinks and our groups came from near and far, train or car, travelling in together to make a full day of it.

There were animals to meet, rides to enjoy, activities to try, performances to watch and, of course, showbags to collect 🐑🎢🎟

The crew even stayed on to enjoy the fireworks, soaking up everything the Show had to offer. The smiles say it all - we'll be seeing you again next year! 🎆

It's something the crew look forward to every year, and they travelled in together, grabbed some food and enjoyed an afternoon of magic and fun.
