Letting everyone know our Middle Arm Hall Xmas party is on Sat Dec 6 th. Invitations are on the way.
There will be a working Bee on the 29th Nov from 8am with a light
lunch provided for anyone who can lend a hand. Some cleaning inside and out, tidy up of the grounds etc.

It is time to source some great donations for the raffles. These can be hamper items, vouchers from businesses, donated goods from local businesses or an item from your family; would you Iike to promote your own small business?

Keep your eye out for an invitation in your letterbox.

The Middle Arm Hall Committee would like to invite you to the Community meeting on Wed 15th October at 6.30pm1.
Tea and coffee will be provided.

Discussions on the Agenda:

1. Memberships are due.
This is $20 per household
Paid into the Middle Arm Hall account
Or paid on the night at the meeting.

2. Future of the Middle Arm Hall
The Hall will be reaching a milestone 100 Years in 2027.
We will be holding a vote as to the future of the hall.
Please be in attendance and members to vote.

3. Xmas Committee for the Christmas Party
We will be looking for a group of people to help out with small
Jobs to help the Xmas party go ahead.

We encourage you to come along and have a say regarding the Hall and share any relevant ideas.

Please share this invitation with anyone you know will not have access to Facebook or emails.

The Middle Arm Hall Progress Association Committee would like to notify you all of the date for the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held at the hall on
🚨Friday 26 September
🚨6pm
🚨 A light supper will be provided after the meeting.

At the AGM, the president's report will recap events from the year and a financial report will be provided.
The current committee shall retire and a new committee will be elected.
An overview of all office bearer positions will be provided, however, if you are interested in holding a position and have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any of the committee members prior to the AGM.

If you haven't been a part of the committee before and would like to be involved, please consider taking on a position. I am sure you will agree it has been great to be holding events at the hall again, and this can only continue with an active committee and support from the community.

🎄Another way you could be involved would be to become a part of the Christmas Party Sub-committee so planning can get underway for the party in early December. This sub-committee will also be elected at this meeting.

💲 We would also like to remind you that memberships are due. At the last AGM, it was agreed that membership would be $20 per household. This can be paid directly into the bank account (see details below), or cash payment at the AGM.
