Thank you to everyone who came out on Sunday to support our heritage open day and market at our wonderful little railway station. We were thrilled to see so many people. We hope you all had a great day. If you would like to provide feedback please email [email protected]

I have a long list of people to thank for making it possible.
Our MRCA Committee, members, their family and friends who set up, organised, cleaned and made it happen:
• Leah and Mark, Leanne P and Anna, Leanne T, Sally, Michael S and Elizabeth
The railway station grounds: magnificent work by Ivan, John C, Adrian, Josh, Catherine, Tilly, Leanne T and the Cooma Correctional Centre
Our two sponsors: Yless4U (thanks Jason and Stephanie) and the Community Bank Canberra and Regions (aka Bendigo Bank, thanks Tejas)
Leanne T for the Mother’s Day cake for the raffle, won by Sue (a former Michelago resident);
The new signage at the station, installed by Michael K, Gerard and Damien (signs produced by Nathan)
Alpine Aviation for their donation
Bronny our first aid officer with Chloe as back up
Morse Code Telegraph ‘exhibitionists’: Lindsay, Brendan, Chris and Derek
Gerard, Michael K, Ivan, John C who helped so much on the day
Our community groups – we loved having you all on board
• Tony and his Colinton Brigade who managed the traffic
• Dee and the Community Choir
• Chloe, Brien and the Michelago Brigade BBQ team
• Alyssa and the School P&C
- Georgeanna and Landcare
• Pauline and the Queanbeyan Red Cross
Publicity
• 2MNO FM 93.3 community radio (who also lent their marquee)
• QBN FM 96.7 community radio
• Cooma Visitors Centre
Our local Council: Thank you Mayor Chris Hanna and Deputy Mayor Tricia Hopkins for attending. Thank you Cr John Rooney for keeping the bins emptied all day.
Hall Committee for the loan of the bins and first aid kit.
All the wonderful stallholders. Great to have so many locals.
Lastly, Kiandra Clydesdales horse and cart and the Snuggles miniature horses. They added so much atmosphere.

Thanks Anna for the photos.
