What is it really like to spend 10 months on a gap year at Peninsula Outdoors? 🌿

Marie travelled from Germany to join the Peninsula Outdoors team and gain hands-on experience in outdoor education 🏕.

Over the past 10 months, she has learned a wide range of skills, from setting up ropes and tying knots to further developing her skills in snorkelling and surfing, all while working alongside our team and helping deliver memorable experiences for students.

After a big day of adventures with your students, there’s nothing better than coming back to a warm shower, a comfy bed, and a quiet moment to yourself 🏕🌿.

Our teacher cabins are designed for your comfort: with air conditioning for the hot days, a modern bathroom to freshen up after activities, warm drinks for the colder nights, and a comfy spot to read, recharge, or go over the next day’s plans before bed.

From the early planning stages right through to the final activity, our team works closely with teachers to make camp feel smooth, supportive, and easy.
