Last week, 302 people had chosen to take part in the Heart Health Check Community Project. Today, that number has grown to 344!

So far, that’s 344 people helping us explore a new way of making heart health checks more accessible in rural communities🙏🙌

We often talk about wanting more investment and more health research in rural communities. This is one of those opportunities.

Thanks to funding from the Australian Government's Medical Research Future Fund, people across Sunraysia have the opportunity to take part in research happening right here in our own community. The findings could help shape how heart health checks are delivered in rural Australia in the future.

It matters because heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death in our region and across Australia.

With registrations closing on 31st July, now is the time to learn what the project involves and decide whether taking part is right for you.
