Monbulk Care Network

Monbulk Care Network is a ministry of Open Door Community Church. Through our Op Shop and the Laneway Nursery MCN is able to provide practical, emotional and spiritual care for our community. MCN does this by providing food, financial assistance, a listening ear, to everyone. MCN also assists local schools with finacial help, and school programs.

The Op Shop is completly run by volunteers. All profits from the both the Op Shop and the Laneway nursery go into assisting our community. MCN is always on the lookout for volenteers so if you are interested please come into the shop and talk to us.

MCN’s mission is to reflect the christian values of justice, love and equality of all people, to treat people with dignity no mater what their situation, and to empower people to live life to their full potential. The Bible says in Micah 6:8 No, he has told you what he wants, and this is all it is: to be fair, just, merciful, and to walk humbly with your God.

MCN is so thankful to the generous support it recieves from our community.
