Sometimes the hardest racism to spot is the kind aimed at ourselves-
when stereotypes about our own community start to feel true, and we begin to see ourselves through someone else's biased lens.

This is internalised racism.
Naming it is the first step to letting it go.

It's not one moment.
It's a pattern that builds over time.

Getting a job, a home, or good healthcare becomes consistently harder for the same communities- across systems that were never designed with everyone in mind.

This is structural, or systemic, racism.

Hey everyone!
The final part of our Family Violence series on Chai with Police is out now!

A big thank you to Victoria Police for being part of this three-part conversation and for speaking so openly with our community.

In Part 3, we talk about what happens after a report โ€” intervention orders, the support available to victims and families, and how our community can help break the silence. If you've watched Parts 1 and 2, this one brings it all together.
