The Collins Business & Social Club was established in 1980 when a small group of expatriate Southern Africans gathered at the old Sheraton Hotel at the foot of Spring Street in Melbourne. The original motivation for founding the Club was to meet the locals, get to know more about Australia, and expand personal and business networks. Since then the Club has transformed into a meeting place for memb

ers and guests of all nationalities who enjoy networking in intimate surroundings while at the same time listening to interesting, and sometimes very amusing, speakers from all walks of life. Our Club is a not-for-profit organisation with a formal constitution and is governed by an elected committee of members.
