Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Australia (PPIA) Monash University is a non-profit organisation of Indonesian students studying in the Monash University.

Indonesian Student Association of Monash University is an organisation of Indonesian students studying at Monash University. The management of PPIA Monash University is slightly different from other PPIA branches, as it is made up of committees from two different campuses, Clayton and Caulfield. PPIA Monash aims to unite and connect Indonesian students studying at Monash University and also introd

uce Indonesian culture to foreign and local communities to raise “awareness” on the culture and culture of the world. Based on that goal, our top priority lies in the welfare of the members, especially those who are just starting their education in Melbourne. Therefore, the distribution of interests and talents of members of PPIA Monash, which is based on the principle of kinship is the focus of all PPIA Monash work programs. The management of PPIA Monash 2018-2019 is led by Ibnurrais Nisfusyah Yani and is assisted by two campus leaders who are responsible on both campuses, namely Jason Anthony Kie as chairman of Clayton, and Sheena Danny Kartuari as chairman of Caulfield, selected through deliberation during the PPIA Monash Annual General Meeting. Let’s celebrate, it’s Christmas time👸🏻🎁

Bencana telah kembali melanda negara Indonesia kita. Kepulan awan panas, guguran lava, serta lahar dingin telah menerjang lereng Gunung Semeru setelah erupsi terjadi pada Sabtu kemarin (4/12).

Data terbaru dari BNPB mengungkap erupsi ini telah menghancurkan 2,970 pemukiman warga dan 38 fasilitas pendidikan serta memakan sebesar 22 korban jiwa. Sebanyak 2,004 warga berevakuasi di 19 titik pengungsian yang tersebar di 3 kecamatan, antara lain Kecamatan Pronojiwo, Candipuro, dan Pasirian.

PPIA sebagai representatif mahasiswa/i Indonesia di Australia turut membantu menggalang dana bantuan darurat bagi para warga yang terimbas musibah ini dalam kerja sama dengan Aksi Cepat Tanggap.

Our concern and generosity will become strength and energy sources for these people’s lives.
