RIP Caroline Barnes
Heartbeat Ballarat advise of the passing of our retired Committee member, foundation walker, and volunteer Caroline Barnes.
Caroline and her daughter Amanda were both strong supporters and active in Heartbeat Victoria.
Caroline knew from lived experience that peer support, walking, and social connection benefited cardiac patients and humbly shared her experiences with new cardiac patients. See YouTube video: https://youtu.be/PjsSaol2PUw?si=HVYPnqyXtt9gRyz6
Caroline walked regularly, went above and beyond catering Heartbeat functions, was likeable and will be sadly missed.
Funeral arrangements to be announced.

RIP Sandra Williams
Heartbeat Ballarat advise of the passing of our member and Tuesday regular Sandra Williams.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Sandra’s Family during this difficult time.
Sandra lived with serious health challenges and was a valued member of our diverse abilities Tuesday indoor walking group. Always friendly, welcoming and good company.
Many friendships formed over years of regular attendance at indoor walks and at members meal events.
Sandra had a small group of genuine well-wishers who were mates, and checked on her, and supported her when needed. Memories of the times shared with Sandra will be cherished.
Rest in peace Sandra.
