❤️ A Project Completed with Love and Community Support ❤️

We are proud to share that the boys’ dining hall at Sivan Arul Children’s Home has now been renovated and completed with the support of the Tamil Community Empowerment Council Australia (TCECA) and our generous donors.

The dining hall had become outdated and was also affected by recent flooding. With the support of our community, we were able to contribute towards creating a safer, brighter and more dignified dining space for the children.

The project was undertaken with a total estimated cost of LKR 3.2 million (approximately AUD $16,392).

At Sivan Arul Children’s Home, 185 children are cared for and supported with accommodation, nutritious meals, education and guidance to help them build a positive future.

🙏 We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this project possible.

From all of us at Tamil Community Empowerment Council Australia, thank you to our donors, supporters and volunteers for standing together and making a meaningful difference.
