🎤 We’re super excited to announce our annual TED❌inspired speech night coming at the end of June!

🙋 What does it involve you ask ?!
Every member in the club will have the opportunity to show case their best 5-7 minute speech on the night. Everyone will automatically be allocated a spot in the agenda. Usual agenda is out for the night 🚫

❔What is a TEDx speech you ask ?
Good question- think BIG ideas worth spreading, something powerful OR just simply anything ! It’s just an opportunity to practice speaking

🧁 What’s for supper you ask?
Bring your favorite treat to share on the night so that we can keep the energy high!

👯Can I bring a friend or a guest along?
YES ! Just RSVP so we can ensure room is set up with enough chairs

Footscray Skyline Toastmasters x District 73 conference weekend 🌟

Such a memorable weekend filled with inspiring keynote speakers and a high calibre of contestants for the competition segments. It was the best of the best ,and we were so lucky to listen to their powerful talks and take away gems of wisdom.

Someone at work told me “growth starts at the end of your comfort zone” and it’s true. You have to keep pushing yourself to do the things that make you uncomfortable over and over again in order to grow…and soon enough your comfort circle will grow bigger and bigger.

So why not push yourself out of your comfort zone and come along to our meeting tomorrow night at 7pm. You owe it to yourself 👊
