Our Braybrook Commons Community Garden is nestled right here in our beautiful Braybrook Park — and there are currently free garden plots available! 🥕🍅🌻

If you’ve always wanted to grow your own veggies but don’t have the space at home, this could be the perfect opportunity to get started.

And it’s not just about gardening. 💚 It’s a chance to spend time outdoors, meet other local people, share knowledge, grow food together and make new friends in our community.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or have never grown a thing before, everyone is welcome! 🌱

🦉💚 Look who's calling Braybrook Park home! 💚🦉

We were so excited to spot this beautiful Tawny Frogmouth couple enjoying a peaceful afternoon in Braybrook Park! Isn't it wonderful to know our park is providing a safe home for these incredible native birds? 🌿✨

Did you know?
🪶 Tawny Frogmouths aren't actually owls—they're more closely related to nightjars.
🌳 Their amazing bark-like feathers help them disappear into tree branches, making them masters of camouflage.
❤️ They usually mate for life, with pairs often roosting side by side during the day, just like this lovely couple.
🌙 At night, they become expert hunters, feeding on insects, spiders, frogs, and even small reptiles and mice.
