Fullife Foundation Fullife Foundation aims to improve the health of women & children in Ethiopia.

Fullife Foundation is an organisation with a heart for others, which aims to achieve incredible things with a small committed team and a large committed network of partners and supporters/ providers. We see our main role as providing a link or conduit between donor partners and project partners, to identify and support projects that improve the health of women and children in Ethiopia.

The Fullife Foundation GUARANTEE that ALL money donated to the Fullife Foundation goes straight through to our trusted partners working on the ground in Ethiopia. Fullife Pharmacies financially cover all marketing and administrative expenses of the Fullife Foundation. Our donors can be confident that every dollar donated goes to Ethiopia to improve the health of women and children.

Another inspiring Brisbane Face-to-Face board meeting for the Fullife Foundation 💜

A valuable day of coming together to reflect on our current projects in Ethiopia, the impact of our partnerships and, importantly, to work through our strategy and priorities for the next three years.

We’re proud of the progress being made and excited about what’s ahead as we continue working towards better health outcomes for women and children in Ethiopia. 🇪🇹

Listening, Learning and Co-Designing for Greater Impact

Our project partner Barefoot Initiative, together with Waklisa Development, has been engaging with communities across our project areas to better understand local challenges and gather valuable feedback that will help shape future programs.

As planning begins for the next phase of the Hepatitis project, consultations are being held with community members, clan leaders, health officials and government healthcare workers. These conversations are critical to ensuring the project is culturally appropriate, aligned with community and government priorities, and focused on addressing key gaps within the health system.

At Fullife Foundation, we believe lasting impact comes from working alongside communities to co-design solutions that are relevant, sustainable and responsive to local needs. We look forward to supporting the next phase of this important work. 💜

💌 A simple letter can make a world of difference.

Recently, Fullife Foundation Director Janelle hosted a special Letter Writing Day at the International Needs Australia office, where staff, interns and volunteers came together to write birthday cards for the 45 children we sponsor in Ethiopia.

From Grade 1 through to Grade 11, each child will receive a heartfelt message reminding them that they are valued, encouraged and supported on their educational journey.

A huge thank you to everyone who generously gave their time to write cards and share words of hope and encouragement. And to our wonderful supporters, thank you for your ongoing generosity. Your donations enable us to continue sponsoring 45 children, helping them access education and create brighter futures for themselves, their families and their communities.

Together, we’re investing in hope, opportunity and lasting change. 💜

Since 2017, Fullife Foundation has given over $1 million, helping reach an incredible 125,000 people in Ethiopia with improved health, education, livelihood support and the creation of opportunity 🌱

It was an absolute pleasure for INA to recognise this moment, with Founder and Director Ian Shanks and Chairperson and Director Janelle Murley accepting an INA Impact Award on behalf of the foundation. 👏

Behind every number is a woman or child with new hope, and a community growing more resilient and stronger. 💪

The theme for – reminds us that when we invest in women, everyone benefits.

At Fullife Foundation, we see this every day through the projects we support in Ethiopia, working to improve the health of women and children and reduce preventable deaths among mothers and babies.

When women have access to better healthcare, education and support, families grow stronger and communities thrive.

Together, we can help create a future where every woman has the opportunity to live a healthy life and watch her children grow.
