They have earned that right. They fought for what was rightfully theirs, sacrificing over twenty thousand lives in the process.
Return full control to them and let them manage their own resource.

Despite being endowed with abundant natural resources, we Papua New Guineans continues to face challenges in effectively managing its own resources. Let them manage their own resources.

Morea Morea Named in the Starting Lineup.

Morea Morea has officially been named in the starting lineup, and what a moment it is for this talented athlete. Morea took the Hostplus Cup by storm during his time with the PNG Hunters over the past couple of years, quickly becoming one of the most exciting young players in the competition. At the start of this year, he was offered a train-and-trial contract with the Queensland Cowboys, a testament to his potential. Unfortunately, he didn’t make the final squad.

Upon returning home, he was immediately picked as the Hunters’ first-choice fullback. However, he wasn’t at his best in his first couple of games. Coach Paul Aiton made the tough call to rest him, handing the opportunity to Sunny Wabo. Wabo didn’t just fill the role, he owned it. Week after week, he delivered outstanding performances and cemented his spot, until injury struck last week. That opened the door for Snax Tigers fullback Douglas David to step in.

When I saw Coach Aiton make the swap, sending Morea Morea to the Capras and bringing Khaye Wembi to the Hunters, I was genuinely happy. Wembi is a quality young forward who struggled to get much game time at Capras, likely due to the depth in their forward pack. The Hunters need his size and aggression. Meanwhile, the Capras are struggling in their backline, and they need someone who can spark their attack. I truly believe Morea is that man. The Capras will rely on his speed, footwork, and attacking flair to lift their performance.

Now, it’s now or never for Morea. There’s no turning back. After a long break, you’re back in the Hostplus Cup. Congratulations on making the starting lineup at fullback. Your dream of playing in the NRL is one step closer.

The ball is in your court, go out there and prove the critics wrong. Good luck, champ! πŸ‰πŸ‡΅πŸ‡¬β€οΈ

As long as we remain under Australia’s influence, meaningful national progress will continue to elude us. It is important to recognise that Australia is fully aware of the limitations it imposes, and of exactly where it intends for us to remain…

Your health is your greatest wealth. No matter how busy life gets, make time to exercise. We only live once, and we only die once. Lifestyle related diseases are claiming the lives of many young and middle-aged people. Make it a priority to exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. Let it become a habit, not an option.
