Jai Srimanarayana! 🙏

On 8 August 2026, HOTA Forum hosted a wonderful Raksha Bandhan celebration, with HSV as this year’s hosting partner. A few of us attended on behalf of JET Australia Foundation. The event was very well organised, with more than 300 members from various community organisations coming together.

A special highlight of the evening was Ramasri Mataji receiving an award from HSV in recognition of her service to the community. During her acknowledgement, she proudly mentioned her association with JET Australia Foundation and her service as a volunteer, which was wonderful recognition for JET as well.

The event also gave us a valuable opportunity to connect with representatives from other organisations. A few people showed interest in learning more about and supporting our upcoming JET initiatives, including the 4 September event, 8 November celebrations, JET City, and other activities.

Overall, it was a great opportunity to strengthen our connections with other community organisations, promote JET Australia Foundation’s activities, and build greater community engagement.
