Spokes In The Wheel EWB is assisting the community in Melbourne to access donated old bicycles which have been fixed up and given a new lease on life.

Bikes are a sustainable and affordable form of transport, connecting people within communities and promotes healthy living! This project offers second hand bikes and the chance to learn and develop bike riding skills, handling, safety and basic maintenance.

This project is offered to Melbourne community partners and provides not only bikes, but also the chance to learn and develop bike riding skills, bringing confidence and independence.

Volunteers from Engineers Without Borders (Victoria chapter) fix donated bikes and then run the biking sessions in various areas around Melbourne.
