Thank you to all of you that joining us last night. I hope everyone enjoyed new experiences session with the wall and please keep practising even 5 minutes a day. This will help you to get more flexible and also stay calm, reduce stress as the same time. See you next week.

Hi everyone, tonight we introduce safely practice yin poses with a little suport from wall. Our main focus for tonight is breathing in and out of our nose and into our belly. It helps our nervous system to calm down and our muscles to release tension.

Make sure grab a yoga block or pillow or towel and find the wall next you and get ready to relax!! see you tonight at 9 pm.
