Bupa Health Insurance will undergo scheduled systems maintenance between 8pm Saturday 8 August and 2pm Sunday 9 August AEST. Systems could be back online as early as 10am Sunday 9 August.

What does this mean?

During these hours, all Bupa Health Insurance systems and processes will be unavailable to customers, external partners and healthcare providers.

This includes HealthPoint and HICAPS claims processing systems. Claims will not be able to be processed via terminals and eligibility checks will be unavailable. Members will be able to claim via myBupa after the outage window.

Updates during the outage will be provided on www.bupa.com.au.
