Have your say 📣 Participate in the first and only public consultation on the revised FSC Risk Assessment for New Zealand, prepared by consulting firm PT Hijau Daun in collaboration with FSC.

Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback via the FSC Consultation Platform between 13 April and 13 May 2026: https://consultation-platform.fsc.org/en/consultations/take/c3962f0fd3602

Once finalised, the Risk Assessment will help FSC certificate holders sourcing material from non-certified forests in New Zealand to assess and mitigate the risk of sourcing material originating from unacceptable sources.

Board Directors play an important role in representing member interests, guiding organisational priorities, and strengthening the impact of FSC’s work across environmental, social, and economic outcomes. We encourage members who are passionate about responsible forest management and the future of FSC in Australia and New Zealand to consider nominating.
