306 ACU Monash Takes on The Push-Up Challenge! πͺ
Throughout June, the cadets and staff of 306 Army Cadet Unit β Monash will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health while challenging ourselves physically.
Our team is lead by LT(AAC) Taylah Tillotson and Cadet Warrant Officer Izzy Cadenazzi and for everyone involved our goal is to complete 3,307 push-ups each in 24 days. This target represents the 3,307 Australians who died by su***de in 2024 (the most recent statistics available).
Mental health affects people from all walks of life, and The Push-Up Challenge helps start important conversations, reduce stigma, and support services that make a real difference in our communities.
If you would like to support this important cause, please consider donating to our Unit page:
https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/fundraiser/306armycadetunitmonash
Funds raised will go to Headspace Australia to support much-needed mental health services and initiatives across Australia.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, is greatly appreciated.
Good luck to all of our cadets and staff participating in this yearβs challenge!
