306 ACU Monash Takes on The Push-Up Challenge! πŸ’ͺ

Throughout June, the cadets and staff of 306 Army Cadet Unit – Monash will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health while challenging ourselves physically.

Our team is lead by LT(AAC) Taylah Tillotson and Cadet Warrant Officer Izzy Cadenazzi and for everyone involved our goal is to complete 3,307 push-ups each in 24 days. This target represents the 3,307 Australians who died by su***de in 2024 (the most recent statistics available).

Mental health affects people from all walks of life, and The Push-Up Challenge helps start important conversations, reduce stigma, and support services that make a real difference in our communities.

If you would like to support this important cause, please consider donating to our Unit page:

https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/fundraiser/306armycadetunitmonash

Funds raised will go to Headspace Australia to support much-needed mental health services and initiatives across Australia.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, is greatly appreciated.

Good luck to all of our cadets and staff participating in this year’s challenge!

Anzac Day 2026 – Honoring Service and Sacrifice

On the 25th of April 2026, 111 years since Gallipoli, we reflect on the courage, endurance, and sacrifice of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served and died in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.

The 306 Army Cadet Unit proudly supported local commemorations by providing ceremonial catafalque and flag parties.

Under the leadership of Lieutenant Taylah Tillotson, 306 Army Cadet Unit assisted the Clayton RSL Dawn Service led by Cadet Under Officer Jayde Grylls.

And under the leadership of Lieutenant Ron Willis, 306 assisted the Glen Waverley RSL Dawn Service led by Cadet Warrant Officer Class Two Izzy Cadenazzi.

We commend all cadets who attended and contributed to these services. Your dedication reflects the values of the Australian Army Cadets β€” Service, Courage, Respect, Integrity, and Excellence.

Thank you to both RSLs for allowing our cadets the privilege to be part of such an important occasion.

Lest we forget.
