October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month πŸ’—

As breast surgeons, we are reminded every day of the impact breast cancer has on individuals, families, and communities across Australia and New Zealand.

October is an important moment to shine a light on breast cancer awareness, share knowledge, and stand alongside our patients and colleagues. But for those affected β€” and for those who care for them β€” awareness and action don’t end when October does.

At BreastSurgANZ, our members are committed year-round to delivering the highest standard of care, advancing surgical education, and supporting research that improves outcomes for all people affected by breast cancer.

Together, every month of the year, we can make a difference. πŸ’•
