Julia is a local maker who creates handmade copperfoiled glass suncatchers, jewellery, boxes, & decorations. The process involved in creating a copperfoiled item is not a short one. Having made a pattern and selected the glass to be used, the glass is then cut; edges smoothed; washed; foiled (thin strip of copper around all edges); soldered; washed and polished. All this done by hand and Julia has some wonderful pieces!

Local caterer Fiona is one of our original stall holders and has been baking Christmas Cakes, Plum Puddings and Shortbreads since we started. Fiona provides Gluten Free and Nut free cakes along with those filled with fruit and nut, all are soaked in lots of Brandy and more for months in advance. The cakes come in various sizes to suit your needs. One of her Plum Puddings will finish off your special day without all the fuss of doing it all yourself. The bell-shaped or heart Shortbreads make a perfect gift. She will also have her Mince Pies, Dutch Ginger Cakes, Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Pistachio Cake. Fiona uses the finest ingredients and that’s why people keep coming back to her year after year.
