Mental health challenges are a reality for many international students and these struggles can feel overwhelming, but support can come in many forms; and sometimes, healing begins with something as simple as music. ✨

Music is more than entertainment. It has the ability to reduce stress, ease anxiety, create a sense of belonging, and remind us that we are never truly alone in what we feel.

Creating space for honest conversations about mental health matters. Recognising the different ways in which healing can happen can make the difference in building resilience and reminding us all that support exists in many forms. 💙🎶
