We exist to equip and empower generations. We create and tailor unique, hands-on programs to suit the needs of each community that we serve.

We exist to empower people to break the cycle of generational poverty and hardship. We do this by equipping individuals and families with life and leadership skills, and by teaching them about their true worth and value. We believe that empowering individuals is the key to changing communities. 1000 Generations creates and tailors unique, hands-on programs to suit the needs of each community that we serve.

A place to hang out, meet new people, try new things and just be yourself.

Every Thursday, we’re creating a space for the young people of Brimbank.

Each week we’ll be bringing to you free food, activities, giveaways and opportunities to connect partnered with Brimbank Council and local organisations.

The JET Program is in full swing! We’re loving seeing the creative minds at work and mentors coming alongside our students.

Our Empower Program with Lakeview Senior College!

The Year 12s were apart of a hands on call to action for McAuley Women’s Services.

This organisation support women and children fleeing domestic and family violence. Through this program, we were able to donate 10 items which will go towards families rebuilding their lives through McAuley’s services.

Such an honour to be apart of this one!

One of the incredible organisations we get to work with through our Safe Spaces in Brimbank!

The team at Le Mana Pasifika Project do an incredible job of strengthening Māori and Pasifika young people in Victoria through programs, outreach and mentorship — giving young people the tools to recognise the value they bring to communities.

Thank you to the Year 6s at Carey Baptist Grammar for making and organising Boredom Buster Boxes for young people and families over the Term 1 Holidays 📦❤️

This project is all about showing up when it matters most and do a remarkable job of showing up for these families.

Showcasing leadership, compassion and teamwork 💫

Every Term students from local schools come together to gather donations, pack boxes, and make a meaningful difference in their communities.

The Boredom Buster Boxes initiative are filled with essential items to ensure young people and their families have all the resources they need to get through the holidays.

Term 2 is back 💫 Our STRENGTH Facilitators and Mentors are off to a great start, unpacking significance, strength and purpose with the Year 7 and 8s at Reservoir High School.

We’re already so impressed by these young men! A question whether out to the boys, “What do you want to be remembered for?”
