Los recientes terremotos en y han dejado a nuestra comunidad viviendo algo difícil de explicar desde Australia: incertidumbre, impotencia por no poder estar allí.

Te invitamos a esta sesión en línea para hablar sobre:
• El duelo de vivir lejos y la sensación de no poder estar ahí.
• Las emociones que tenemos cuando sucede algo y estamos lejos .
• Cómo liberar culpa, tristeza, enojo e impotencia.
• herramientas sencillas para acompañar.
• Y recordar que no estamos solos.
