Whether you would prefer the occasional run or want to compete weekly, we would love you to have you join us.

The Victorian Cross Country League holds weekly races throughout metropolitan Melbourne from April until September with distances ranging from 5 to 10 kilometres.

Joel Donnar also ran but due to niggles unfortunately had to pull out. Great to see some returning athletes from injuries!

The Calder Park 7.5km relays where on the weekend! This is how we went:-

Mdiv1 - premier x 6 runners - 5th place
Enzo Noel- 22.04, Joel Donnar - 22.00, Joshua Unthank - 21.44, Jackson Unthank - 22.03, Hayden Squance- 22.25, Michael Ryde- 23.21

Mdiv5 - x 4 runners - 2nd place
Andrew Leggo - 24.16, Tobias Lawrence - 26.12, Gerry Stamoulis- 23.47, Daniel Lawlor- 24.37

Mdiv7- x 3 runners needed 1 available
Fraser Murray- 31.38

Wdiv3- 4 runners needed 3 available which pushed us from 1st to 8th
Meg Deane - 27.18, Emily Dalziel- 27.33, Olivia Bury- 30.11

In Bendigo we had an 8km race at St Anne's Winery. We did well and Congrats to all the runners:-

We where down 2 runners so this was a good effort!

Now for a catchup for the Jells Park relays!
First of all, we received our winning penant for last year's win in Div. 2. Our hard working, consistent and down right great guy, Fraser Murray picked it up for us! Now to times and places:-
