The legacy of men and women, humans, checking in on each other to break down the walls of the mental health stigma. A fun night fusing rock n roll music, dress up with our annual theme- men wear their rock star t-shirt and suit, women dress up, with speakers, stories, dancing, and fundraising! This year, our 6th year, we break down the 4 Walls, with 4 Principles to Guide you through our Side by Side Vision, that you can share and implement with your family, friends, and greater community. The 4 Principles represent: Social Impact, Identification, Depression, Expressions of men, women, humans, side by side as we continue to live with the outcome of COVID world.
