Stormwater Outfall Drain Completed In ✅

This particular job was to install 36 L/m of 300 rcps outfall drain, build and pour 3 concrete pits in the road reserve, install 40 L/m of 225mm strompro outfall drain and installing 2.5x0.9x0.9m precast concrete pit.

Maniningham council tick of approval, now all works complete, time to bulk out the basement and get back there to complete stormwater retention system and mega flow stormwater aggie drain.

Cold water holding tank relocation Moka Foods in complete with our good friends AXC Plumbing Solutions ✅

This particular job was to isolate the water supply, drain the holding tank, supply compacting sand base, divert water lines to suit new location of the holding tank, test and commission.

Sewer and Stormwater Renewal in complete! Yet with an other happy client ✅

This particular job we renewed the boundary trap, 18 meters of below ground sewer, reconnecting to the existing sub-floor fixtures, New 100mm pvc stormwater drainage and removal of 2 loads of excess dirt.

Leaving the site clean as always for the next trade, separates us from the rest.

Gas line upgrade complete in today for a good client of ours ✅

Installing a new 25mm copper gas line, new isolation valve for the existing hot water service.

Also giving the existing hot water some love with new duo valve and also a ptr valve.

New stormwater drainage system install at this beautiful heritage home in completed by the team.

This particular job was to install 100 L/m of below ground stormwater drainage collecting the existing downpipes, surface water catchment drainage and 3 x pits in the driveway.

New 32mm copper gas line upgrade, water line upgrade and relocation of the existing hot water service.

Additional sewer provision for outdoor kitchen sink along with hot and cold water.

We also removed 40m3 of excess soil thanks to Joey

Excavation works out in completed for a good client ✅

Scope of works was to remove concrete driveway, pathways, garden beds, a new section of stormwater drainage, removal of excess soil, supplying and spreading crushed rock making way for a new exposed driveway and pathways.

Always leaving the site clean for next trade!
