The Bridge of Hope Foundation is a non profit organisation that works to reduce the barriers faced by some of the most at risk members of Australian society and help them to overcome vulnerability, disadvantage and exclusion. We aim to assist children and young people in Out of Home Care, teenage mothers and disadvantaged youth to achieve their potential and live their best lives. A bridge provide

s safe passage from one destination to the next, is a connection between people and a bond we share with our community. It enables us to overcome obstacles and helps us to carry on with our journey.
