🎓Fantastic to see another successful round of TACA revision sessions and theory exams completed with an incredible bunch of technicians and supervisors this week.

It’s encouraging to see such strong engagement from across the industry. Investing in training, technical knowledge, and professional development is essential to what TACA is all about!

🗓️ - A reminder that the Technician Pilot Course kicks off in April, creating a new pathway for technicians looking to strengthen their commissioning knowledge and skills.

We’ll also be running further revision sessions and theory exams in October for those preparing for certification later this year.

🚨 TACA Technician Course – Fully Booked.

Registrations for the TACA Technician Course have been a great success — with all places now officially filled.

A big thank you to everyone who signed up and showed strong support for raising capability and confidence across the industry.

Due to the overwhelming response, we’re already looking ahead. Discussions are underway for a TACA Supervisor Training Course, with more details to come this year.

This is just the beginning — we’re committed to supporting the next generation of skilled, certified HVAC professionals.

After 50+ years in HVAC, Neil Vining has retired—and has proudly awarded him Life Membership for his outstanding service to the industry! 🏆

From founding Vining Air (Victoria) with his wife Cathy in 1983, to mentoring the next generation of commissioning professionals, Neil’s impact has been enormous.

Over decades, Neil has championed best-practice HVAC commissioning and advisory services, leaving a legacy that shaped the profession.

While stepping back from daily operations, Neil will continue to support the industry through volunteering with TACA, helping develop the next generation of commissioning professionals.

In recognition of his extraordinary service, Neil has now proudly accepted Life Membership with TACA—a fitting honour for someone who has inspired generations of commissioning professionals.
