Hospo Voice is Australia’s first digital union for hospo workers. This industry is constantly changing and evolving, and we need a voice that represents us. Hospo Voice is a platform for hospo workers to come together and use collective power to change our industry. Everyone engages with the hospitality industry and therefore has a role to play in ensuri
ng that our basic rights are met. We provide our skills, our passion, our professionalism and our lived experiences. We deserve safety, respect and dignity from our employers and customers, and we are coming together to reclaim it. We will fight for a decent standard of living and a secure retirement. We are an open, democratic union and welcoming of everyone in our industry. Our diversity is our strength. We will not be divided by homophobia, racism or misogyny. We welcome workers from every culture, gender and sexual orientation, and people of all ages and abilities, into our union. We respect each other. It’s at the heart of who we are. We know that we can only win when respect is central to everything we do. We are a loud, proud fighting union. An injury to one is an injury to all.
