🦊 Fox Activity Around the Estate🦊

We've recently received a few reports of fox activity within the estate. While foxes are wild animals and there is limited action that can be taken to control them, residents can help reduce the likelihood of foxes visiting their property by taking a few simple precautions.

To help deter foxes:
• Secure rubbish bins and bring pet food indoors. Remove fallen fruit and avoid leaving birdseed or food outside overnight.
• Keep gardens tidy by trimming overgrown vegetation, clearing debris, and blocking access beneath decks or sheds.
• Consider using humane deterrents such as motion-activated sprinklers or lights, ultrasonic deterrents, or fox repellent products.

We hope these tips help protect your property and pets while reducing fox activity throughout the estate.
