Pathway Alliance, HoMie’s own accredited retail training and education paid internship for young people (16- 25) affected by homelessness or hardship; and through HoMie’s monthly VIP Shopping Days, where young people are welcomed into the store to shop complimentary brand-new HoMie garments, beauty services, plus lunch with the HoMie team. HoMie recognises and pay our deepest respect to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which our shop resides

The 2026 Pathway Alliance crew are officially halfway through the program! 🎉

Here’s Lovella, one of this year’s trainees, giving us the rundown on our celebration photoshoot.

The Pathway Alliance is our 8 month long paid employment and education program. Young people are employed at HoMie stores, or with our retail partners, Nike, Bunnings, Sportsgirl, and AMX. All while being paid to study a Cert III in Business.
