Help Faye Go Home to Her Family

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your kindness and support for Faye Gribling, who has recently been diagnosed with advanced liver cancer. Sadly, doctors have advised that she has only a few months left to live.

Faye is currently in Australia, far away from her loved ones. She has no family here and is staying with a kind friend who has been supporting her through this incredibly difficult time. As her condition continues to decline, Faye’s deepest and final wish is simple yet profound, to return home to the Philippines, where her family is, so she can spend her remaining days surrounded by love, comfort, and familiarity, and ultimately pass peacefully in her homeland.

Faye’s doctors have strongly advised that she travel home as soon as possible, as her strength is gradually fading and long-distance travel will become more difficult the weaker she becomes. With this in mind, we are hoping to make this journey happen by the end of January, while she is still physically able to travel.

We are hoping to raise funds to help cover:
• Her urgent travel expenses back to the Philippines
• Basic living and medical needs once she arrives home
• Support to help her remain comfortable, dignified, and at peace during her final days

No one should have to face the end of life alone or far away from their family. Even the smallest donation will mean so much and will help make Faye’s final wish a reality. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page would also be a tremendous help.

From the bottom of our hearts, we humbly knock on your generous hearts and ask for your support. May God bless you a hundredfold for any kindness, prayers, or help you are able to give.

Thank you for helping Faye go home.

Please support this good cause. Helping other will having a great meal & entertainment. Thanks 🙏

The Cebuano Association of Australia, in collaboration with the Filipino Communities in Melbourne, would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Cebuano Association EXECOM Member, Lyn Montera, and her family for their dedication and volunteer efforts in distributing 5 kilos of rice to the flood survivors in Mandaue, Cebu.
Your compassion and willingness to serve our kababayans in times of hardship deeply reflect the true spirit of bayanihan. Thank you for being an inspiration and for bringing hope to our community.
Daghang salamat, Lyn and family, for your kindness and commitment. 💙🇵🇭🇦🇺
