We have created a new visual reference set for Gus Lamont as part of our ongoing work to support clearer public recognition in missing persons cases.

This set includes:
- the original public image
- a forensic-style enhancement with adjusted hair presentation to better reveal facial features
- close-up focus on the eyes to assist with identification detail recognition

The intention behind this is not to change Gus, but to reduce how heavily a single feature (such as hairstyle) can influence recognition. In missing persons investigations, especially those involving children, appearance-based memory can be highly unreliable when key features change over time.

By presenting multiple visual perspectives, we aim to support:
- stronger facial feature recall
- improved recognition accuracy in the community
- reduced risk of missed identification due to hairstyle or superficial changes

This image set was developed by Exhuming the Truth with the assistance of forensic artistic principles and generative AI-assisted visual enhancement software tools. It is intended strictly as an informational and awareness aid within the context of missing persons advocacy.

Our goal is always the same: to support visibility, improve recognition, and help keep missing children in the public awareness where it matters most.

There's an old saying "Time heals all wounds" however noone has said how long that time will take...

For the family of Dylan Dickie, 10 years feels like a lifetime, but each day the grief is the same as the day he disappeared...

A beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, mate - Dylan has missed so much since he disappeared including the birth of his beautiful baby nephew...

19 year old Dylan Dickie was last seen on Thursday 23rd June 2016 as he rode off on his Yamaha bike, leaving his home in Cessnock New South Wales.

On the 3rd July, Dylan's motor bike, helmet and gloves were found in the Watagans state forest, Corrabare NSW, but there was no evidence in the area to explain what may have happened to Dylan or where he may have gone.

The bike number plate had been ripped off and has not been found. Dylan's house keys were not found either, even after extensive searches were done in the bushland by the SES.

Dylan has not been seen nor heard from since this date and there are concerns for his safety and welfare as it is uncharacteristic for him to not keep in contact with his family.

Although a Coronial Inquest has been held, the family have still been left with so many unanswered questions - the most prominent being "Where is Dylan?"

At the time of his disappearance, Dylan was described as standing 170cm tall with a slim build, fair complexion, blonde hair and blue eyes.

The Dickie family had their whole world turned upside down when Dylan went missing, as just 10 days prior, Dylan's grandfather Robert had also disappeared (Please note: these 2 cases are NOT related)

Today, family and friends should be gathered together, surrounding Steve Williams as he celebrates his 60th birthday.

Creating memories, sharing laughs, and toasting to many more birthdays to come.

Instead, a family is left wondering what happened to their beloved son, father, brother, partner and friend....

On Tuesday 14 June 2005, 38-year-old Steven Charles Williams visited his mother at Willaston, South Australia, at around midday.

Although he did not stay long, his mother noticed he seemed distracted and not quite himself. While there, Steve received a phone call, believed to have been from his boss, and mentioned that he was heading to the Gepps Cross Hotel.

Police investigations have revealed that Steve, who worked as a debt collector, was allegedly dropped off by an associate at Singleton's Transport, Gillman, to collect money from someone employed there.

Police believe foul play was involved in Steve's disappearance and suspect that he was murdered.

Steve has not been seen or heard from since that day.

His bank accounts have never been accessed, and he has not contacted family or friends. Those who know and love him say this is completely out of character. Steve was an extremely proud father who adored his daughter and would never willingly go such a long time without contacting her.

Over the years, many theories have emerged regarding Steve's disappearance, but sadly none have led to answers or his whereabouts.

At the time of his disappearance, Steve was described as:

• 185cm tall
• Athletic/muscular build
• Long brown hair
• Blue eyes
• Goatee beard and light moustache
• Numerous tattoos on his upper torso and arms
• Scars from a vehicle accident

Steve would now be 60 years old.

His family continues to search for answers and deserves to know what happened to him.

A reward of $200,000 is on offer for information.
