It’s been a minute since my last post for BFO.

One could say I’ve been mourning Cambodia terribly since the return to Aus 😞. Another might say I’ve been busy adapting back to life here and running around as a mum. This is all very true buttt the work for BFO never stops, nor does it ever leave my mind.

Look who’s out of hospital and on her feet 😍

I was lucky enough to visit Yaya and her family today at their home in Prasat Bakong.

Yaya is doing very well and now just waiting to get the metal taken out of her jaw.

ONE VISION SIEM REAP

It was a pleasure to attend the One Vision Siem Reap Event with teachers Sa Em and Ravy.

Discussions took place around ways we can increase tourism in SR and help to build a sustained future for this beautiful town that we are all lucky to be apart of.

Thank you to our friend T, and the team at ULS for having us. It was a great evening with insight and networking.

THANK YOU TO OUR BFO COMMUNITY 🙏💙 UPDATE ON YAYA

Words cannot explain how much gratitude myself and Yaya’s family have for the beautiful people that have donated towards her fight.

This morning myself and Aimee were able to visit Yaya and take her grandmother the funds we raised. Her family is extremely grateful to you all and wanted me to let you know how much this means to them.

Thanks to those that have reached out for updates on Yaya. She is still in ICU and doing it very tough but received news today’s that her CT scan show no brain damage. This was a huge relief. Next will be a blood transfusion and we hope things start to pick up a little more from there.

Love to you all and thank you again, I’m extremely proud of BFO and the power we have to do better in the world and do better for others. 🖤💛

Our love and gratitude is with each and every single person that has donated to help pay for Yaya’s medical bill.

To reach this amount is just 6 hours is INCREDIBLE!!!

We will continue this campaign for another 24 hours before handing our raised funds over to Yaya’s grandmother.

LIVING IN CAMBODIA AGAIN 🥳🎉 Belinda

I’m super excited to be back living in Cambodia.

We’ve been here a week and settled in really well. Our Aussie bodies are definitely taking time to adjust to the heat 🥵, however we’re loving the slow lifestyle + ducking out to the village each afternoon to BFO school.

All I have to say is…It’s good to be back 💙🫶🏼
