Double prams are always in high demand at Our Village and can make a huge difference for new mums and dads with two little ones.

Our Geelong warehouse was treated to the most incredible delivery of hand-knitted treasures from our regular supporters Knit4Charities. 💚

Every jumper is packed with hours of love, care and exceptional talent - and we know they’re going to bring some serious joy and warmth to the children who receive them.

This pram and capsule that were generously donated at our Geelong warehouse this morning are in amazing condition, which means we can get them back out the door and into the hands of someone who really needs it asap. 🙌

If you have a pram you no longer need, we would absolutely love to rehome it! Together we can continue turning pre-loved into re-loved so every child thrives. 💚

📢 MOST NEEDED

Do you have any of these pre-loved items sitting unused at home that could be given a second life and make a big difference to vulnerable babies and children?

Here's what we need most right now:

💚 Newborn Reversible Car Seats - Must have a manufacture date stamp of September 2018 or newer.

💚 Bassinets - Please donate bassinets with a wide, stable base and firm sides at least 400mm high, made from breathable panels. If the bassinet has a firm mattress (no more than 75mm high) that is snug-fitting and clean, please include it with the bassinet.

💚 Boys’ & Girls’ Clothing - especially sizes 4-14 years.

💚 Linen - Single bed and cot bed sheets (fitted and flat), cot blankets, bath towels and face washers.

💚 6 Months+ & Newborn Prams - Please donate prams that meet all of the following requirements: Good, clean condition with no mould or rust. A working 5-point harness. Working brakes. A carry basket underneath. A sunhood.

Items can be donated directly to our Clayton or Geelong Warehouses.

Absolutely heartwarming pack of bassinet linen going out along with a fully restored and safety-checked pre-loved bassinet to a single mum with baby due in September. 💚

We hope this helps take one worry away from the Mum & we're sure the little one will be snug as a bug with these cuties to keep them company. 🦁🧸

A huge thank you to the Bellarine Lakes Country Club. 💚

At a recent Melbourne Cup Presentation Day, residents raised a fabulous amount of money for Our Village which was used to purchase much needed Reversible Car Restraints and toiletries.

Fellow resident and Our Village Volunteer Linda delivered this wonderful donation.

Meet Toby 💚

After sorting through his toys and books at home, Toby asked his mum Kerryn if he could donate them to children who need them.

Last week, Toby brought them all in to donate to Our Village himself.

Watching his excitement as he toured our warehouse and discovered what happens after a donation arrives was incredibly special. Seeing the shelves, the volunteers, and the care that goes into every bundle helped Toby understand that the toys he had loved will soon bring comfort, play and joy to other children doing it tough.

Thank you, Toby and Kerryn, for your kindness and generosity. Your thoughtful donation will help bring smiles to so many little ones. 🥰
