Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, September was another month of making a meaningful difference for vulnerable babies and children in Victoria.

Together, we supported 1,477 babies and children and re-homed 5,723 essential items, valued at over $647,170. 🌟

Behind every item is a story of generosity and care - helping provide the essentials children need to get the best start in life.

Here’s a snapshot of what your support made possible in September:

💚 69 cots and bassinets
💚 125 prams
💚 91 car seats
💚 1,058 clothing bundles
💚 863 book, craft and toy packs
💚 275 linen bundles
💚 400 shoe packs
💚 531 toiletry bags
💚 And so much more!

A new chapter for Our Village 💚

We're delighted to welcome Kate Kennedy AM as Chair of the Our Village Board.

A passionate human rights leader and strategist, Kate brings more than 30 years’ experience across the not-for-profit, philanthropic and international development sectors, alongside more than 20 years as a Non-Executive Director.

As Our Village enters its next phase of growth, Kate will help guide our ambition to reach every child who needs us in Victoria and beyond – increasing our impact for vulnerable babies and children while continuing to reduce waste and build stronger communities.
