Celebrating one of our amazing customers, .supply - a Melbourne label who partner with us to find surplus textiles for their collections.

Jim and Gem are doing something unique and clever —skipping overproduction and discount cycles by building anticipation for limited edition runs.

Their Dinner Shirt (available for pre-order) is crafted from surplus textiles from ♻️ , via a designer whose plans for the material never eventuated - which is not uncommon by the way.

The Sardine Supply team spied something beautiful (it also just so happens to be GOTS certified) and have created something truly special from it - worthy of its quality - and fit for product purpose.

Want to have a say in what we source? Our page is here for you to put forward your preferences for colours, qualities and sizes. We're here to help genuine, sustainably minded businesses go circular. If you've found a great circular material and you want us to group-source it for you, this is the place to do it!

Group-Sourcing

It works just like crowd-funding. We find the materials, post about them and then together, we pool resources to purchase raw materials in a pre-order format. If we don't meet our MOQ goal, we won't go ahead with the order. The more we all collaborate and share with each of our industry contacts, the more likely we are to reach our targets and become more circular, together.
