🚨 BIG WORK-FROM-HOME UPDATE FOR VICTORIANS! 🏠💻

Victoria is set to become the first Australian state to introduce a legal right to work from home for eligible employees.

Under the proposed reforms, workers whose roles can reasonably be performed remotely may be entitled to work from home up to two days per week. The changes are aimed at helping families save time and money, improving work-life balance, and boosting workforce participation across the state.

📅 If passed, the new laws are expected to commence from 1 September 2026, with small businesses (fewer than 15 employees) receiving additional time to transition.
