This year's National Reconciliation Week theme, All In, is a reminder that reconciliation will not happen by itself. It requires all Australians to stand alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and take meaningful action toward change.

Primary health care nurses see first-hand how inequity and inequality continue to affect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their health and wellbeing.

For the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association, our members, and the broader primary health care community, Reconciliation Week is a great opportunity to listen, learn, and reflect on what we can do, individually and collectively, to support healing and improve health outcomes.

Being All In means committing to action, accountability, and lasting change.
