For the past two years, our chapter has shared a meaningful journey built on brotherhood, friendship, service, commitment, and unity. Marami na tayong pinagdaanan, maraming memories ang nabuo, at siyempre, hindi rin mawawala ang tawanan, kulitan, at paminsan-minsang mahabang discussion na mas mahaba pa sa mismong agenda.

But through every challenge and every achievement, one thing remains constant — our brotherhood.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

As part of this important occasion, we will conduct the Election of Officers who will have the honour and responsibility of leading and serving TIVAI West Chapter.

Sa ating mga magiging bagong officers, advance congratulations. Tandaan lamang po: once elected, wala nang “Brod, busy pala ako.” Leadership comes with commitment, responsibility, and genuine service to the brotherhood.

TIVAI INDUCTION OF OFFICERS

Following the election, we will also witness the formal Induction and Oath-Taking of our newly elected officers, as they officially accept the responsibility of serving the chapter and continuing the legacy we have built together.

And after the serious business is finished, saka na tayo sa celebration, kwentuhan, tawanan, at good memories.

We warmly invite everyone to come along, get involved, and make a real difference. Every donation, no matter how big or small, can help bring hope and support to someone in need.

🧸 Toys (for our Christmas outreach)
🥫 Non-perishable food and other essential household items

TIVAI West Chapter Anniversary, Chapter Election 2026 & TIVAI Induction of Officers

Magandang araw sa lahat ng mga Kapatid,

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng miyembro na dumalo sa TIVAI West Chapter Anniversary, na gaganapin kasabay ng ating Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Chapter Election.

Date: Saturday, 22 August 2026

Bukas na ang pagtanggap ng nominations para sa mga miyembrong nagnanais tumakbo sa mga sumusunod na posisyon:

Grand Triskelion (GT)

Deputy Grand Triskelion (DGT)

Master Keeper of the Chest (MKC)

Master Keeper of the Scroll (MKS)

Nomination Requirements

Alinsunod sa Article VI – Elections ng ating Constitution and By-Laws:

Ang nomination ay dapat nakasulat (written nomination).

Dapat itong pirmado ng dalawang (2) miyembro ng TIVAI West Chapter bilang nominators.

Kailangang may written consent ng kandidatong tatakbo.

Ang lahat ng nominations ay dapat maipasa sa Master Keeper of the Scroll (MKS) hindi lalampas sa Saturday, 15 August 2026, o pitong (7) araw bago ang Annual General Meeting.

Kung ang bilang ng mga nominado ay katumbas ng bilang ng mga bakanteng posisyon, sila ay awtomatikong ituturing na elected. Kung mas marami ang nominado kaysa sa mga bakanteng posisyon, isasagawa ang election by secret ballot sa mismong Annual General Meeting.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng kwalipikadong miyembro na maglingkod at maging bahagi ng pamunuan ng TIVAI West Chapter.
