Wrapping up our arts project 'Her Traditional Knowledge of Plants' with beautiful meditation art sessions led by Gülsen Ozer. These sessions created a healing and nostalgic space for participants to reconnect with memories, stories, culture, and the wisdom of plants passed through generations.

A huge thank you and best wishes to our Arts Project Manager Sofie Dieu as she continues her PhD research — we can’t wait to experience the upcoming exhibition!

This project honours intergenerational knowledge and fosters community connection, cultural pride, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.

Proudly supported by the Australian Government Creative Grassroots Initiative program.

Parenting comes with both joys and challenges, which is why conversations about mental health are so important. Last week, our Mothers' Playgroup welcomed Jo Harris from the who spoke with us about parental mental health and the range of support services available to parents.

Thank you for helping us better understand the resources available and for supporting our community. 💜

The Wyndham Women Circle created a beautiful photo collage frame to celebrate International Women's Day and shared their wisdom on what IWD means to them. We also had the joy of sharing this special moment with the wonderful Ladies Club 60 group.

Happy International Women's Day! 🌸🌸🌸
